These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Termis services: our cafe, our website (termis.co), our mobile app for ordering ahead, and our online store (shop.termis.co). By using any of them you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

The services are operated by مؤسسة تيرميس كوفي (trading as Termis), Commercial Registration 7053232778, registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time passcode. You must be at least 18 (or use the services with a guardian’s supervision) and are responsible for activity on your account. Loyalty stamps, points, and rewards are personal to your account, have no cash value, and may be adjusted in cases of error or abuse.

3. Orders & prices

All prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Menu items, availability, and prices may change without notice. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when the cafe confirms it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item is unavailable or a clear pricing error occurred — with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Pickup, dine-in & delivery

App orders are prepared for pickup at the counter, curbside handoff, or table delivery where available. Online-store orders ship across Saudi Arabia under the store’s Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please collect prepared drinks promptly — quality degrades and we can’t remake abandoned orders.

5. Messages

We send transactional messages about your orders (for example “your order is ready”) by app notification or WhatsApp to the number on your account. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw any time in the app.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the services: no fraudulent orders, no interference with their operation, no abuse of loyalty mechanics, and no unlawful use.

7. Intellectual property

The Termis name, logo, and content are our property or used under licence and may not be used without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its competent courts.
